Development Officer

UBM has been considering the need for an additional role to support and develop our wider work. We now feel that Development Officer best describes what we are looking for, and you will find the full job description attached at the bottom of this page.
 
There will be two main aspects to the role. The first will be undertaking specific projects to help develop and promote the work of UBM. Examples include publicity, updating the UBM website, developing our social media channels, and leading other projects as needs and opportunities arise.
 
The second aspect will be representing UBM more widely. This will include deputation at conferences such as Bible by the Beach, Aber, and potentially Keswick, as well as visiting churches to lead Bible ministry, share about the work of UBM, and encourage people to pray for and join our teams.
 
While we envisage this as a single role, we would also be very pleased to hear from people interested in working part-time and would consider appointing two people whose gifts and availability complement one another.

Please pray with us that God will lead the right person, or people, to consider this role. Pray particularly for someone with a heart for sharing the gospel, who is enthusiastic about the work of UBM and can help us develop and communicate that work effectively.
